Pools and Palms Week 29 Athlete of the Week is Emma Kerr, Women’s Lacrosse. Emma had 12 goals, 4 assists, 11 ground balls, 8 caused turnovers and went 16 for 20 for 80% in draw wins as the Lady Braves went 3-0 this past week with wins against North Myrtle Beach, Waccamaw, and James Island. Emma chose to recognize Mrs. Elder her honors Biology teacher. Emma says that Mrs. Elder was a great instructor and made Science fun. She listens and builds relationships with her students beyond just Biology. Congrats Emma and Mrs. Elder.
