Beginning April 1st, 2026, Socastee High School, Forestbrook Middle School, and Socastee Middle School will transition to Arbiter Registration, a new athletic registration platform that replaces the current Big Teams system (formerly PlanetHS).
This landing page provides support contact information for registration assistance, a links section where you can download all necessary forms, and a Program section containing the registration portal—which will open on April 1st, 2026. Once downloaded, all documents can be completed and uploaded directly into the Arbiter website.
Arbiter Registration offers significant improvements over our previous system. The new platform consolidates all registration information into a single, user-friendly form rather than requiring completion of 9-10 separate links. Additionally, we have eliminated the parent account linking requirement, though student-athletes will still need to provide emergency contact information (parent or guardian). These enhancements make the registration process more efficient and accessible for all staff, parents, and student-athletes.

**ALL middle school athletes must register with both the middle school and high school. This dual registration ensures proper tracking and eligibility across both levels.**
Socastee High School will host a FREE mass physical on April 18th, 2026, at St. James High School in the Main Gymnasium From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Athletes with regularly scheduled contests that day will be prioritized and should arrive promptly to ensure efficient processing. All student-athletes must complete the Conway Medical Center consent form (located on the landing page) before they can proceed through the physical examination.
Reminder: All 2025-2026 sports physicals will EXPIRE on June 4th, 2026.
All 2026-2027 sports physicals MUST take place after 4/1/2026 to be valid for the entire 2026-2027 school year.

How to create an Arbiter Registration Account and Register for sports:
Type in the browser link: Arbiter.io
- Click the Login button at the top right, then click “For Families/Students”
- Click below the login fields, “If you don’t have an account, sign up”
- The User Sign Up must be the STUDENT’S FIRST AND LAST NAME as used in PowerSchool (Please use Legal First and Last Names listed on Birth Certificate)
- PLEASE USE A VALID PARENT OR GUARDIAN EMAIL ACCOUNT
- Click to “I agree to the Arbiter Terms of Service”
- After the profile is created, click the appropriate Landing page below.
- Find the section that says, Programs, there will be a link for Registration listed
- Please select ALL the sports the athlete plans to participate in, this allows coaches to track signups more efficiently.
