Procedure to Place FMS/SMS Student-Athlete on the Activities Bus
Email Socastee Athletic Director Joshua Vinson - JVinson@Horrycountyschools.net or the head coach of the sport.
List the Student-Athletes’ name and sport.
The Socastee Athletic Department will review if the student-athlete is cleared in PlanetHS/BigTeams and if there is room on the bus.
Once cleared and approved by the Athletic Department the student-athlete will be placed on the bus if room is available or placed on the waiting list to be added at a later date.
An updated list will be emailed to FMS/SMS Administrators and the Socastee Bus Office as changes are made. No new riders will be added after 10:00AM, anyone added after that time will begin riding the next day.
