Pools and Palms Week 21 Athlete of the Week is Michael Kegler, Varsity Wrestling. The record of 144 Varsity Wrestling wins that has been held for 12 years has been broken. That record now belongs to Senior Michael Kegler. After tonight, Michael now stands at 147 wins and counting. He will have a chance to continue setting a new high as team playoffs are set to begin this weekend. Michael has chosen to recognize staff member, Officer John Johnson. Michael says everyday he comes to school, Officer Johnson asks about wrestling and has taken interest in how he is performing. He has been a daily supporter. Congrats Michael and Officer Johnson.
