Girls Varsity cross Country finished 1st place at the Darlington Carnival race Saturday. Lucy Frechette placed 5th and Paige Mayhew placed 10th overall. JV also placed 1st and swept the race with a perfect score of 15 points. The team consisted of Emma Johnson(1st), Julia Guillem-Blanco (2nd), Kamille Ortuno (3rd), Jillian Cruz (4th), Millie Morales (5th). The boys Varsity finished 5th with Sammy Fresquez placing 5th overall. Boys JV finished 3rd. Come cheer them on at Socastee Wednesday at 5:30PM.
